Can I withdraw coins or win cash?

No. Coin Strike is an entertainment game using virtual coins. Coins cannot be withdrawn, traded for money or exchanged for real-world prizes. The amounts on the reels, bonus board and wallet are virtual game amounts.

Purchasing a coin pack only adds virtual coins. It does not change symbol probabilities or make a bonus more likely. Free rewards are described in the daily rewards and missions guide.

Can I move or restore my progress?

The wallet, settings, symbol collection, missions and recent round history are saved in the app’s private storage on your device. Coin Strike does not have a player account or a cloud-save feature.

Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes local progress. Consumed coin packs cannot be restored to that wallet after deletion. Avoid reinstalling as a first troubleshooting step if you want to preserve your wallet. Moving to another phone does not transfer the local wallet.

Why is a coin purchase pending or unavailable?

Google Play manages checkout, payment approval and the prices shown for available packs. A pending transaction does not grant coins until Google Play reports it as purchased. Do not buy the same pack again just to resolve a pending payment.

If a pack is unavailable, check your connection and that you are using the Google Play installation and intended Google account. Availability can depend on the store account and region. If a completed order has not delivered coins, reopen the app with a connection and contact support if the issue remains.

Include the app version, device model, approximate purchase time and Google Play order reference in your support email. Never send your Google password or full card details. For refund options, use the relevant order in Google Play; support cannot promise a refund outcome.

Why has my reward or autoplay stopped?

Daily claims use UTC days. The four-hour gift has its own timer measured from the last gift claim. If a reward is not available yet, check which of those two schedules applies. The reward guide explains streak resets.

Autoplay stops after its selected number of spins, when you stop it, on low balance, when a bonus begins or when you leave the game. A bonus uses its own free-spin counter. Read the controls guide and free-spin counter rules for the difference.

How do I report an issue?

Email limoor.kastrk0@gmail.com with your device model, Android version, app version and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help explain a display issue. Describe whether the issue happens every time or only occasionally.

The app uses Firebase analytics and technical diagnostics as described in the Privacy Policy. That page also explains data deletion and privacy requests. There is no need to post purchase details or other private information publicly.
